CUSTOMERS SAY:

"It was bad, I didn't know what I was doing so I trusted a friend who recommended that I make my LLC on line. What a mistake! I didn't know what to do after I paid all that money and still didn't understand what I had done. Best part of this whole fiasco was finding All Things Corporate. They explained everything so I could  finally understand what my LLC was and the good stuff it actually could do if it was kept in Compliance. I didn't have a clue until they explained it to me. Now everything is good and my company is doing great. My Corporate Record Book is in order for any situation. Thanks guys!"       Morgan R., Managing Member

"A great service. They helped me get everything in order and have kept my Record Book in compliance since then.
All Things Corporate is much more reasonable than I thought it would be. Now I have no worries about Compliance."

Turns out my fears were justified because I knew my Corporate Book was a mess. I got it that I would need it at some point but kept hoping that would never happen. It was always in the back of my mind that the begining of my company was a black hole.  I found All Things Corporate and they confirmed the mess and made it right. That is the way it was.

Good thing because the IRS audited my Record Book and it was the first thing I needed to produce for them. Man, am I glad I found these people!

Now I don't even think about that book beause, with my info, All Things Corporate handles all that. I have to run my company so having that off my plate is really good. I recommend them to everyone.         Sheila H., CEO

"If I had to do it all over again I would start with All Things Corporate. They took the time I needed to help me understand what to do next and why it had to be done.  I didn't know what all those papers were for but now I do. My creative juices help me in the business world but not knowing anything about that Corporate compliance stuff was not fun. I sleep alot better now. Thank you all, especially Deborah!"
